Are you talking when you adopt from them? Most shots are done. Including first round of rabies for 1 yr. And microchip.. License tag you can just get from vet, once animal is affiliated.. like $30 or go to one on baseline.. not sure cost there.
No matter where you go it will cost something but the cheapest way is to contact your local shelter or Humane society and ask
