No grills. Just two picnic tables in the parking lot.
There is also a covered picnic table that overlooks a marsh I'm guesstimating it's about a mile hike to it.

Go to website and download the trail map. There is much more there than the Red trail that is close to the parking lot. There are no grills bit several picnic tables throughout the reserve. At least 1 picnic table on each trail and i believe 4 other trails in addition to the Red trail.
Its a very natural spot. No cooking. And besided the two picnic tables upfront there is a bench mid way along the path.
