Every morning at 8AM they will have a lottery for 10 people to receive either a gas card. Bus pass, target gift card...etc. there's no guarantee you will win but getting there around 7:45 am is your best chance to be selected..other financial assistance is available but that would require an appointment..
They don't do gas cards ,maybe Arco does
No. Just go to the window where the volunteers are and they will have a form for you to fill out and sign. Bring your phone ID and that's it
