No not even close sometimes depending on where you catch them you can but if you're going to any of their photo opportunity places then they are blocked off by a rope and you're so far back it barely even makes sense to take pictures with them.

As of March 22nd, they are still using Social Distancing with characters in the park...but you can stand in front and do a selfie or have someone take the photo with characters posing with you from behind a rope or fenced area.
