Can you shoot 556 on a Saturday and can you use your 556 ammo?

I don't think you can shoot 5.56 but you can shoot ARs there. I believe you can only shoot 223 and it has to be their ammo. So if your rifle is chambered for 5.56 you're ok to shoot 223... That's what I saw on there signage inside but I'd call them first. Personally I don't like shooting AR15s at indoor ranges unless I'm trying to zero my optics, even then I prefer outdoor ranges.
