I shipped out my bike box and a small package on 8-9-2022, 10am with Filipino post woman, who looked around 50 yrs old. She stared at me with disgust, I stared her back for her attitude. So for last 30 plus days mail carrier black lady they handled route 12651 Artesia Blvd Cerritos has been putting old tenants mail in my in box . I started To throw the junk mail and the past tenants mail in outgoing mail. I fail to address it return to sender . So After speaking with my mom about why this lady keeps putting mail back no note addressing why . So last draw was last Wednesday I went to check my and it’s ripped up in my mailbox I called made a complaint . Jessica supervisor called me back provided her with all above information and she told me if I’m putting return to sender to global insurance the advertisers and marketers it should not be back in my box and she was going to speak with carrier she mention she wasn’t sure if it was regular person or temp. I mention to her that I seen black lady all the time . She then goes I no who it is I will speak with her I ask her name she said she will call me back she need to confirm first . After that I noticed no mail in box not even return to sender mail. So today like I’m getting daily notes 11 pieces of mail I never received now is that . So now I’m walking in . I rang the bell as they was a minute away from opening . Black lady answer and I told her I have a complaint she got Cesar castenda I explain to him everything g above but in the beginning I asked him not sure if Jessica made you aware of situation he played dum & reason of me saying that as he let me speak all the above cut me off in the middle to walk alway to get a paper and pen for my address then for me to stop and continue story which I felt could had waited when I was done advising him of what he had already new / never the less he goes if it’s advertising or marketers mails we don’t return to sender . I said well that funny cause JESSICA definitely didn’t mention that and you guys are not on them same page . Secondly if they was true why was they ripped up mail no longer going in my box . Also not only did JESSICA TO CALL ME BACK . She never mentioned my mail would be stopped . So I asked Cesar why was my nail not being delivered he said because he needed to speak with my . Now remember I said at beginning he played dum like he didn’t new. He walked away to get my mail pieces that they failed to deliver to me for 4 days I had really important mail that I needed that they failed the need to hold because he said he needed to speak with my when his manager or supervisor JESSICA HAS MY NUMber . I hope that Coporate can reach out to me regarding there staff behavior ..
