Has any chance to contact my case worker by phone been permanently severed? I continually get (for MONTHS) the old "you can try back or use the self useless line." I just want to talk with my case worker.

It' seems like know one want to answer the phone but I bet they get personal all's and answer right away. Lol

Look the dpss office is no good at doing the job I suggest you. Go online is easy and email them as well

You have to call to the main office to speak to any of the social workers at the moment they said nobody has a social worker right now

You have to try calling the customer service number and talk to a customer service representative only, not with your case worker
