Contacted Torrance Police Department they said there’s no law forbidding grooming your dog at a public park. And just an FYI I did pick up the hair and threw them in the trash. I am a responsible dog owner. And I didn’t appreciate that creepy guy taking my picture even after I told him that I will pick up the dog hair after I was done. Maybe I will start filming him too next time I see him and see how he likes it...😡
Its only against the law if your minding your own business (sarcasm) but seriously, throwing the fur away, could be deemed as "littering", yes, yes I'm serious. As me driving under the speed limit, I got a ticket in front of my house for a dream catcher hanging on my rear view mirror. Bullocks. Srupid reasons, but illegal
