Brought my old Dyson here for repair because it wasn’t working good at all. They tuned it up quick and it’s running like brand new now. Once this thing dies I’m going back to buy a vacuum from them. They have so much vacuum knowledge it was really cool to hear them explain what my vacuum was and wasn’t doing and what they did to fix the problem. I have purchased accessories for my Nutone Central vac system here over the past 20 years. Recently I had an issue with the hose and despite eliminating various causes I went to another vac store closer to my house. They sold me a defective replacement hose but tried to blame it on my system which worked fine. I went back to Carl and he went above and beyond to diagnose my hose and conclude it was not the switch but the hose itself. This was a simple task to undertake with a voltage meter. He sold me a new one and everything is great. I appreciated his honesty and effort to get to the root of the problem and address it.
