I had a very pleasant experience when I picked up my JR pass. The rep was already helping someone when I entered the building. So I waited patiently until she finishes with the customer. Guess midway with helping the customer, the rep excuse herself from the customer to help me. I guessed she knew that I was just picking up and have no questions to ask her. So, the rep handed me the envelope and gave me quick instructions on where to pick up the pass and which bullet trains I can and cannot take. My overall experience has been wonderful.

Questions & Answers

JTB I would like to participate in the Grand Canyon Tour (airplane). Can I even participate at the age of 16? The number of participants is 2-5. All are high school students, 3 at 17 years old and 2 at 16 years old.
