And if for some reason he refuses to pay, DCSS will issue a wage assignment (if you open a case) order to enforce the court order (provided there's one in place otherwise they will obtain an order themselves) which they'll submit to the SSA office. SSA will garnish his monthly benefit payment BEFORE issuing any funds to him. Social Security can only enforce garnishments/wage assignments from the IRS and Child Support agencies.
Are you kidding me. It's sad but it's true they will take what little they make and they will suffer even more . I don't see why people are so money hungry
