The Humane Society is not the pound if you're keeping the animal even if it's stray there's a minimum fee to have them looked over and checked out but nothing like if you went to a vet if you are not keeping it then you need to take it to your local pound not the Humane Society the Humane said that Society does not take in stray animals to be left
