Can I renew my i.d with a copy of my social n my old I'd and can I get my i.d if i dont have a perm address or proof of address

I have my birth certificate copy of my social n copy of my exp i.d n if I get my proof of address can I get it worth my copies of my social n old i.d

Unfortunately i dont think so. Becoyse to even renew your i.d /dl u need proof of adress a passport or green card social sec. Card. I went thrue all that myself. They needed to see everything. But it always depends on worker too. They may maje an exeption. Ever since they came out with the real i d. They gotten really strict. Tge good thing is it shldnt b too buisy.
