WORST company! Don't even waste your money on this company. I had a time-critical pick-up scheduled, the driver dropped the ball and never showed up, and now they are lying to me that they did attempt. I have cameras, and they never showed up. Their notes say nothing. They can’t reach the driver. I spoke to the supervisor. She is the worst supervisor. She’s into operation but had no idea about her work. She was rude and illogical and told me to figure it out. I asked her will I get a refund or some credit since it was their driver’s mistake. She straight away told me NO! and laughed out. And now I have to bear the cost since my pallet won’t be on time and 1400$ which I paid to ABF.

ABF driver/forklift operator in partnership with U-Pack made the stress of moving not so stressful because of his professional nature and obvious skills driving the truck, creating a safety zone with cones and flashing lights and using a forklift to unload and load the cube exactly where we wanted it. He was super friendly, had a great attitude and told us he has been working for the company since 1994. We appreciated him for making our moving experience less stressful. Thank you ABF driver!

Terrible service Use someone different. Picked up in California on 6/6/18 it's almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have my freight. This is the second time this has happened. This company just doesn't care if you get your freight or not. I have recently used Saia and have received much better service although it has not been perfect.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Waited 3 hours for a delivery that they called and confirmed and then they never showed up. No apology and the supervisor had no idea where our package even was. He didn't want to bother himself to look it up. Horrible experience.
