If you live close to a Red Line subway station then avoid the drive altogether. Exit at the Pershing Square station and take the exit tunnel towards 5th and Hill. When you're above ground you're only two blocks from the Main Library at 5th and Grand.
Yes but it's not free. Plenty of parking facilities in the area.
Street parking only. Limited spaces in front on 5th where restaurant is located. Make sure you move car by 4pm or they will tow. There is also metered parking on Hope Street near that entrance and around Walgreens and Rite Aide. You may have to walk few blocks. Watch time limits on those streets too.
