I've used color printers at the downtown library. More expensive but they are available.
According to the library website the Computer Center has both black and white and color printers. Black and white copies are 25 cents per page and color copies are 50 cents per page.
You may print as much as you want from computer (for fee) but need to reserve in advance. I do not know if there is color printer. You might check website for more specific info.
