Divorce records are in the Norwalk Courthouse and marriage records are at the LA Recorders Office.
You go to the county recorders office. You would need to go to the Norwalk courthouse only if you ate going to FILE for a divorce. If you only need copies then the recorders office will provide you with both of them.
