The low star rating reviewers reveal more about those reviewers being uppity and lack understanding abilities and faculties rather than reflecting this business. They do a basic service of exchanging bottles for cash. They never short changed me in the four plus years I have gone there. However, I understand if something went wrong in my little world rather than the full whole world, then I might be upset too if i lived in just my little world.

Got there at 4:10 and they were already closed on a Tuesday. If these guys are getting paid salary then they should be getting paid hourly and tracked on punch cards. Whats the point of keeping a schedule right outside if its not even going to be followed by the workers?

The guys here work very hard and are very loyal and respectful to the customers and they don't make you take your caps off the water bottles, definitely one of norwalks best recycling centers they maintain it clean all the times!!!
