Suggest waiting for mama kitty to return. Call the Humane Society when they open.
Please, always, always wait for the momma cat to return. Give it a few hours, but if they're really tiny don't wait too long because newborns (till about age 3-4 wks) need to nurse every 2-3 hours. They also can not regulate their own body temp until they are older. They will get too cold on their own. Try to avoid touching them as much as possible while you're waiting for the momma to come back to them, she could reject them if they have an unknown (your) scent on them. Thanx for caring!!
