why doesn't SPCA pick up animals who have attacked dogs then kills another dog in his own yard. the attacking dog lives in car with owner they're all homeless young people

Sherry C. Is correct. Animal control is in charge of picking up animals. Unfortunately, there are so few workers that they get backlogged a lot. We here at HSNB work with them a lot and they are always busy. They cover all of Vallejo as well as the rest of Solano county. Please, try to be patient with them, their doing the best that they can.

Because Animal Control and other rescues take care of those things. SPCA helps animals with potential for being permanently rehomed. If the dog is killing other dogs and animals I see the issue. But if your homeless I mean, you need protection somehow.
