I go here a lot since my phone and iPad break a lot BUT I was wondering why it takes about 4-5 hours to fix an iPad fifth generation screen. I love this place and they do it quicker than a lot places.

These guys are very professional and trustful, it's wonderful place and very nice service.

The only reason they'd give a time like that for repairs is the fact that they are pretty busy. Add to that, frustrated customers if they tell you 1 hour and then 2-3 hours go by and they're still not done!

Probably allows them time to work slowly and fix things that go sideways. Thoses screens are glued on with special double sided tape... got to warm the glue and pry it apart without breaking anything. I've done them... what a pain... I took my last cracked screen to them... what a deal!

That is why our first priority is phones, and second priority is computers, tablets and iPods. On Saturday, we get a lot of customers, and if you were quoted 4-5 hours, that is because we have too many phones to be fixed before your iPod. However, 4-5 hours is an estimated time, and it might be done within 1-2 hours.
