There is a wild duck at Buchanan Park in Pittsburg that has a fishing lure hook attached to its mouth and another hook of the lure attached to its left wing. Is there anyone that can help this poor animal?

You can also call animal services for that area because they have equipment to trap the duck possibly, and them turn over to Lindsay. Just a thought
