Dogs are allowed off leash if they're under voice control on the fire roads. It's not a dog park but it is a dog friendly park. Dogbone meadow, the adjacent enclosed dog park is closed most of the winter due to bad drainage check their website for daily updates

There's a trail from Ohair park that leads to the back of the dog park on Novato Blvd. If you follow the path from the entrance of the park through the trees, there will be a clearing. Follow the main path and hang a right into some more trees and there will be a bridge. Cross the bridge and the dog park will be on your left. You'll have to walk around to the front, but it's a nice place. Recently remodeled.
There is a decent sized dog park off of Novato Blvd.
