Great park with lots of playground areas and picnic areas. Very sunny which can be good when it's colder, but it can get very hot in the summer.

Took the kids to play amd it was a nice sized park. Realized after we were leaving that its right next to a cemetery! Kids had fun though and it was clean and spacious.

Tommas Fire-Heart

Great place for short walks, walking dogs on a leash, meeting friends, tennis, and BBQ parties. But you need to make reservations for the main covered party areas. They're used nearly every weekend.

I've been taking my 5 year old granddaughter here since she was a toddler. The playground is always clean, with separate areas for bigger kids and toddlers. This last visit, we explored the pioneer cemetery just up the hill. My granddaughter wanted to know every name, an explanation of graves, etc. and insisted on honoring each person. So, a great park but also an important learning experience.
