We found it was around 10 to 15 minutes away using a Lyft ride when the driver knew shortcuts and all. We went to a Predators game and did not need to park with the ride charging about $15 for four of us.
It's right next to the Gaylord Hotel and Resort so it's maybe 10 minutes and they offer shuttle services to downtown and two main events plus he will not find a nicer place to stay
