Its no longer a walk-in or for that matter an urgent care if online appointment is and also has the priority. I suggest you have a specific area servicing the appointments and an area for walk-ins.

It really is an Urgent Care. Walk ins are prioritized based on illness/severity and people making appointments receive a notice as such. I've done both walk in and appointment and had quick service with both. They normally have plenty of staff to accommodate both

Thank you for your feedback and for submitting this question. As Marcus explained, Walk-Ins are prioritized by severity and we ensure that this is explained to patients scheduling a reservation. We actually limit the number of reservations so that we can accommodate all the Walk-Ins. Regards, Sharlena Foster Practice Manager

It doesn't change the fact that every appointment made online as said by the nurse who finally saw my almost 80 yr old father, was seen by a physician before us. I still haven't read an apology or atleast a proper response that you ( whoever you are) will be looking into this. That's why im even making the effort to let you know. Thank you.
