No there isn't too much places to walk, the bathrooms are a mess, the water is nasty and dirty and the slides are filled with rust. @mariolopez
Lake Gregory is the only lake up here that you can walk completely around, a beautiful 2.6 mile walk.
There is a trail that goes around the lake, to do that I would suggest parking on the street or the other side of the lake for free.
