I have been going to thousand pines as both a student and a leader for 8 years now and all I can say is that it has given me some of the best experiences of my life both spiritually and physically. The staff is always welcoming and are incredibly gracious. People like Matt Forman and Lauren Humphrey have been extreme cases of these traits, never hesitating to go beyond what’s needed to ensure that my church and I get the best experiences from the camp. Thank you thousand pines!

Incredibly hospitable staff. Remarkably peaceful setting. Always affordable for the experience gained. Over 21 memorable years with friends and family whenever we visit this precious alcove that's only a short drive from the city. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

This place is amazing in every way. They took great care of the group I was in. It was spacious, gorgeous, lots of fun stuff to do. I climbed the rock wall even though I’m afraid of heights, went down the zip line after shaking at the top for about thirty minutes. Anyway, this is an amazing place to have a retreat! I highly recommend it!

Hi! The Camp is taking reservations for family retreats (does not have to be with a church group). They are following all county guidelines and have dates open in February - Lord willing that they can be open for guests. Thank you and God Bless! Like really warm clothes if it's says it's going to snow but don't sneak food because their is wolves and coyotes

Is this a tech free camp? If so when are they allowed to check in with family?

HI! We encourage guests to unplug as much as possible while they retreat here. Wifi is available for adult conferences. We have a payphone available for calling home and a webcam where campers can wave to their families. Thank you and we look forward to serving you soon!
