They allow only they're boat's with motor. You can have float tubes with electric motor on them

Yes thats what i do. Theu just dont allow boats with motors. Yoi can go in i believe the North entrance (left at the fork where the ace hardware is and i think its the first right into the driveway and ot takes you to a building wjere you oay your float tube and fishing fee. Good luck!
