Can i bring my own boat /jetski (what water vessel is permited on this lake?) and just sail? Or must I rent their guys' boats for 60$ a day in order to sail on lake gregory?

You have to rent their boats and jet skis are not allowed. In Big Bear you can do what you want

No only rental boats allowed. Lake Silverwood allows for outside boats
