PetSmart generally doesn't have puppies unless theres an adoption event through a local shelter. Your best bet would be to check the shelters!
We got a great dog from Pasco Humane society.
There's an adoption event coming up on Saturday the 17th of February, 2018. There will be dogs of all ages needing homes.
They do not carry puppies on site only cats through an adoption agency. The puppies are there during adoption events.
