Around 230pm in Kennewick, Mail lady just threw my package at my door. Package says to handle with care and leave right side up, it’s a small box with heavy materials in it. We live upstairs and the package is heavy. So it shook the complex a little. For safety precautions, she should have handled with care regardless. I wouldn’t have been upset if it wasn’t an important package, but with all the precautions and warning labels on the package, you’d think they would care. My package could’ve exploded at my door, or even worse when i open it up inside my apartment. PLEASE FIX IT.

To lazy to deliver packages at apartments. No lockers so no package delivery at all. Are you kidding me. So low income means we don't matter. I'm putting in a complaint every single day until someone cares. Just because we aren't rich, doesn't mean we don't matter.

Two women working at 3:06PM on Tuesday the 21st of April 2020, refused to provide me a piece of tape to ensure my label was securely attached onto the package I was shipping. I needed a 4 inch strip of clear tape and they joyfully told me there wasn't any tape unless I paid for it... USPS isn't struggling to compete because the government isn't bailing them out. It's struggling because of "unusual" customer service practices such as this.

21st century shipping ran by the government will always be behind. However good government employee, “customer service” combined with competitive shipping cost should be attractive. Too bad none of that can be found at this location. I’ve used USPS before in the past never had an issue. But today I rode 25mins across town on my motorcycle to ship something in a small box, which I provided, as-well as the shipping label I printed off, however I failed to bring tape. The gal refused to tape my box or let me use one of theirs...So the cost to ship something is the same as a new roll of tape they sell at the counter or go somewhere else where they don’t think twice about helping me out...

I also need to relocate my mailbox from the end of another driveway to the end of my driveway... they’re always parked in front of it of course cause it’s at the end of their driveway... now when you try to call the local USPS all you can reach is an automation... useless. Guess I will be going down there to wait in line with my request and for my package/mail that’s undeliverable because my mailbox is at the wrong driveway with cars in front of it 😑
Yes, you go in and they can give you prices. The size of the box will decide the $price$
If you request it they can.
You will need to contact them for that answer
can you rephrase that in the form of a question?
There is not an option to email the postmaster in kennewick. Either go into the location at 525 s Auburn or call the help line.
you'll have to contact the post office that you want to hold your package at directly.
yes.
All mail from tri-cities goes to spokane first. That's what pasco post office told me last time I asked why it took so long. Even if you send from richland to kennewick or vis versa its gets. It still goes to spokane first.
