Horrible customer service. Have gone in here so many times with issues in the deli department. Asked them questions and they are unable to answer questions. Cashier the other day didn’t know how to spell and kept asking how to spell for a rain check, holding up whole line. I have no idea where these employees are coming from but they need to be trained a lot better. Won’t be coming here again.

We tried their deli burgers and we're so disappointed. The beef was SO salty it was inedible. A nice generous patty that was completely wasted. When mentioned to the staff the only comment "we have never had a complaint before". Too bad. Won't return. A sandwich here is probably a safer bet.

Clean and always stocked. Pricey but it's a place tailored for that kind of thing. The meat is excellent here as well as the wine selection.

I’ve had bad experiences here with the workers. And I can’t help but feel like it’s because I’m not Caucasian. I don’t feel welcomed here and neither does my family. I now drive to the other Yokes because I haven’t had that bad of an experience at those places.
