The next speedway race is Saturday January 13th. Don't know about the birthday thing, must be for flat track and/or motocross
They do have open practice on Saturdays for motocross, not sure about the flat track's schedule.
I've gone there for speedway races in the evening they are far and few between so I do not know there open schedules. They do have Motocross tracks and other motorcycle activities that you can go to when they are open besides races.
