Yes, there are a handful of spots in the campground itself, mainly by the trailhead.
I *think* there were some extra parking spots, mainly near the bathrooms. I can't say for sure though, because some of the camping sites are away from the road and have a single designated parking spot, but I believe there were also some extras. Also though they could be day use only... I'm really not sure. But the group next to me a few weeks ago had many vehicles and parked in the grass as well as in an empty space nearby. I know they spoke to the forest service volunteer so I assume he gave the okay
