do they still have glow in the dark black light night bowling whatever they call it

Yes, they do. Sometimes they split the alley half cosmic and half regular. But that depends on if leagues are going too. But everyday they will have this feature. The later you go, the more cosmic lanes they will have (ie approx. 9pm all lanes will be cosmic).

I'm not sure if they do the last time I Bowl I remember somebody saying it was like it used to be when I turn the lights off and going to go to the glow in dark
