As of Jan 1st 2018 you CA residence cant orser bull ammo from online unless you send it to an authorized dealer. Can you send your bulk ammo to this location for you to pick up?

I think you have to call them an have them accept the order and or if they can accept the order. Call them an ask . The owner is very knowledgeable about his business.
