I had a mail hold in place from 3/10/2022 to 3/26/2022, but mail has been accumulated in my mailbox since approximately 3/18. My daughter has to drive 30 miles a day to pick it up som my neighbor won’t steal it. That along with many pieces of misdirected mail both mine and others tells me that this post office needs a reboot. They are not doing their job well. If we did our own jobs so poorly we would be fired. Guess what. I am out of town again and have a mail hold from 5/17 to 5/27. On 5/23 my mail was delivered AGAIN! What is wrong with you folks?

Be nice to them. I have had my office near this post office since 1990. Many of them are overworked. If you go in with a nice smile, you will get the same back. Frequent users know they are very competent. Thank you and have a nice visit next time.

We stop here weekly, I never write reviews but I am 🔥 as EMILY treated us as dogs today. There was a mistake in my transaction which was nicely taken care of by someone else forgot her name. She moved me over to cash my refund with Emily. This rude lady literally threw the money at us like dogs. Like just threw it after ID us twice and making a big deal, when it was an error caused by them. I spoke to the supervisor to report it and I hope something is done about it. I have let previous circumstances slide by her but this one topped it off. I prefer to drive a little longer to not deal with rude people like herself. Please remember human dignity.

No what are you talking about.the lobby for the p.o.boxes close 6pm and Sunday 2pm because of the homeless people making problem to the lobby and property and the main 41 wheeler Arcadia post office for the public open 9.30am Monday through Friday and close at 6pm Saturday open 9sm close 2pm Sunday closed

Yes, go to usps.gov website on the search engine type passport and it will give you all the locations and phone numbers to the post offices that still do passports. Not all post office do passports.

They currently do not have passport renewal services at this location
The Post office is closed and doesn't deliver mail on Thanksgiving Thursday, but they have normal delivery service & business hours on the Friday and Saturday afterwards.
