David and Kelly are great! I went in on a Sunday to take the FSC exam. Took the test, passed, but the DOJ site was down. Ended up spending an hour or so in the shop talking to David, Kelly and another customer. I live close by so they told me they would text me if it came back up. The DOJ site didn’t come back online until the next day, Monday, when their shop is closed. Kelly said she would be in the shop for another matter and if I wanted to come by she we give me my FSC. Went in, got my FSC, and purchased a Glock 19 that day. 10 days later I went back to pick up my gun and David was extremely helpful getting me ammo and additional magazines. He even offered to show me how to clean it after I hit the range. This is a great place to serve all of your firearm needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Do a little research before you get there and David and Kelly will help answer all your questions. Great experience purchasing my Glock and I will continue to go here for all of my firearm needs.

My mother (56 years old) and I get our FSC here. English wasn't her first language, but she went through all Firearm Safety English Study Guide, and score 29/30 in the test. I am so proud of her. The staffs are super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. And they know the concern of house owner very well and share a lot of information with us. Highly recommended:)

Went in to get my Firearm safety certification. Owners were nice and considerate. They were able to help me purchase a Handgun with ease! Only problem I’d say was the location of the suite! It’s on the 3rd floor at the very end! Other than that amazing place!

Went down there to renew my FSC, David was super helpful. We got to talking about all the one star reviews, and it’s obvious they all stem from people who have no idea how the FFL system and general gun ownership culture works. Coming from a long background in customer service and retail, we both had a good laugh about it (he’s got a great sense of humor). He even told me where I can find ammo cheaper than what he has it for, but I’d rather buy it from him for more just for his customer service alone (assuming he has it, but that is ABSOLUTELY not his fault; blame the system in place before you start taking it out on small businesses like his). I will ABSOLUTELY go back to him for any of my needs in the future over other stores where they automatically treat you like you have no idea what you’re talking about. Go in with a good attitude, treat the firearms with the respect they deserve, and treat him with the respect he deserves, and I guarantee you’ll have a fantastic experience!
