When i went there to get my kids some books there was 1 cashier and the manager that was helping customer's out on the floor and help me also. Maybe they need more personal that's why they don't have people answering the phone properly.
Because it's 2018. Millennials don't know how to speak into a phone.
What made the msg horrible? I would doubt the msg was intended to be offensive or rude in any way. B&N is typically pretty good with their customer service.
A matter of perspective if you want to cop an attitude about something it's not going to get you anywhere if you don't like America maybe you should go live in South Africa anyways I think Barnes & Noble is great I like the people there and I'm more than happy to take care of business there have a great day.

Because they are lazy and just want your money. Big corporations do not deserve your hard earned dollars.
