Don't call them cause they'll just say "please hold while I connect you with that department" like they did to me 4 times in one call they didn't even take the time to listen to what i had to say or ask.

The phone help isn't much, but that's the case at most hardware stores.
The place itself does stock a good variety of things and has some helpful people there.
