They have extensively helped me to get my bike correctly due to minor discrepancies I found due to the transition from the shipping. Jose has been very helpful and professional in service. I went here about adding stowage capacity to my bike. They very patiently walked me through different options and demoed how different baskets/racks/panniers would fit. We had to get a little creative because my bike is not really designed for cargo. Ultimately I settled on an inexpensive basket which totally met my needs, and which they installed on the spot, for free. As part of the free installation, they also fixed the janky way I had my lock mounted, which would have gotten in the way of the basket. Could not be happier with the service, or the solution to my problem.
