Yes!! I volunteer with my daughter who is 15 years old. As long as they have an adult with them they get trained together with their adult parent or adult relative and can do most things for the 1st level. There are different levels to train in but unless they are over 18 they will not be able to handle the animals alone. There is a commitment for at least one year.
I believe so. When I adopted my dog I saw a group of students show up.
