They could be on back order... Or the department managers arent doing their orders and store managers could be refusing orders cuz the inventory isnt correct. Or they just might not carry the item. It could be from a vendor
I've had this problem with Walmart for about five years now. They used to be very good at stocking inventory. Not so much these days. You might want to try ordering the items you want in advance and picking them up at the service desk. That way you know they'll be there when you go.
I've been having the same problem with an item that I purchased over years and it's supposed to be on the show but it has not been for a couple weeks so I brought it out to a manager's attention and he made my day by replacing it with something else for that price of the item that I have purchased over the years it's not so bad when you bring it out to their attention the problem is some of the employees are just so rude and don't want to help you out
