Their hours of operation are different for each store. Call ahead of time to ensure they're open when you're going.

It really depends on the time of year. During the holiday season, may have longer hours than during the summer. Depending upon the kind of service that you want, there are certain things that can be done directly with a cashier. For instance, if you want to reload a Walmart card you can do so at any register.

That's a tough question, since I don't shop late at, but once being an Wal-Mart employee, all stores don't have the same closing time nor what department will close or stay open. Wish I can help you with that: however you caan call the store close to you and they should be able to answer your question.
They seem to always change from 10 to 9 to 8. You need to call them and ask. Hopefully someone who knows will answer.
Customer service closes whenever the store closes. I think it closes at midnight
