Hi Kristi, You have a few different options to choose from, but you can expect to pay as little as a $10 enrollment with monthly dues as low as $10 per month with 24/7 access and classes included. All memberships are month to month and are as simple to cancel with a 30 day notice.
$10/mo/person unless you dont pay the initial $90, then the $90 can be split among montly membership, most common to do an extra $10 for 9 months, then price drops back to $10. Also offer child care for an additional 10/mo or pay as needed. Fob lockers are another $10/mo/ea. Also have a hydro-massage table and tanning bed for a premium membership. Can bring a guest for I think $3 after 9am. *Free classes with membership, some classes like aerial yoga are additional* **Keep in mind your account needs to be brought to zero before cancellation (including the deposit). 30 day notice required before cancellation so you will often pay for another month before your membership is terminated, but you will have full access for the full month.**
Good luck trying to cancel a membership with them, to many reviews on yelp show they will continue to charge you even months after cancelling and calling. Save yourself the headache and go to fitness 19 or Eos.

They have 2 plans pay 90 buck up front then pay 10 bucks monthly or pay 10 bucks up front and pay 20 bucks monthly. And theres a yearly equipment fee it like 30 or 40 bucks.
