Vending in front of an R.V. on Shake Down Street, for the three days at Skull and Roses event. Can a small dog be in the R.V.?

Dogs are aloowed in tht RV as long as they are not disturbing anyone else in my oppinion. Your RV is not a property of fairground therefore some restrictions are apply only when your dogs lay their feet on the ground of Fairgrounds. Ie only dogs on leases are alowed with exceptions meaning you having total control of your pet dogs. This is what i know.
