The camp works two ways. The first way is to become a member. You pay monthly or yearly to join. The second way is to join a challenge. There are several different challenges with different requirements and fees. Once you become a challenger or member or both you can attend a camp or several different ones depending on the membership you chose. They have morning classes starting at 5 am and evening classes. This is not an open gym where you do weights and or cardio. These are classes given by trainers to groups of people varying from size depending on the day and time. The exercises are HIIT styles and can be modified depending on your physical condition.
U can do a challenge, be a member or other challenges they offer. I love it. I lost 60.9 lbs on 4 and half months in the challenge. They give you a meal plan, hold u accountable, workout with awesome trainers, and u need u feel good. There are different types of challenges. Just go in...try it out for 3 days and see if u like it. Like I said, I love it! 😉. I feel stronger, healthier and with more energy. So far I've been there for a little over a year now. 😉
