I believe it's around $60 give or take. However...there's been a few times where I've inquired about a room while being a little bit short of their asking price. Asked them if they'd take what I had, and they did. Mind you, there's been a couple times where they told me to kick rocks when I didn't have quite enough $...so it probably depends on their mood and how many rooms they have vacant.
