They gave me a pretty decent custom starter gameing PC for $500. It runs Skyrim at fairly high settings no problem. The only reason it was so expensive was because of the GPU. Graphics cards are ridiculously priced right now because of the bitminers buying all of them and makeing their own price. It should be going back down soon though because Bitcoin is finally starting to fall off and people are pulling out. If you wait like two months you can probably get something even better for the same price.
If 500-600 is your budget I reccomend buying an already custom built pc from craigslist or fb marketplace etc... if you only put that much into a pc then you wont get a very good computer. Unless you only are doing office work or using it for non demanding purposes
